Care and information standards

Know who is responsible for your care, what supports the information you read and what to verify before making a decision.

Who makes the clinical decision?

Cureista’s enquiry journey is designed to help organise questions and practical arrangements. Diagnosis, suitability, consent and treatment instructions belong with the treating clinician. Ask for the clinician’s full name, specialty and place of practice, together with the facility where the proposed care would take place. A coordination conversation does not establish that a procedure is suitable for you.

Check the person and the place

Before agreeing to a treatment plan, request the relevant professional registration and facility authorization details and how to verify them with the issuing body. Clarify who will perform each part of the procedure and who provides follow-up. Do not treat a general brand statement, a photograph or an advertised device as evidence of a particular clinician’s credentials. We do not publish named clinician profiles or patient outcome stories without supporting evidence.

How our information is prepared

Treatment guides link to their medical references and carry an editorial update date. Editorial checking is not the same as a qualified clinical review of every statement, nor does a reference imply that its publisher endorses Cureista. General information cannot replace an individual assessment. Where a future named medical reviewer is shown, the review scope and date must be identifiable.

Costs, images and examples

Ask for a dated written proposal with its currency, inclusions, exclusions and the conditions under which it might change. A planning example is not a patient result or a fee confirmed for your case. Images support the explanation of a topic and are not proof of a real clinic, treating team or patient outcome. Any actual outcome claim needs its own evidence and appropriate permission.

Your questions before a commitment

Confirm who receives your enquiry and which treating provider may receive information with your knowledge. Request time to understand the plan, alternatives and costs before agreeing. This local preview has no active enquiry service. Its information standards describe what must be checked; they do not certify a provider or establish a licence number.

Start with one question

Choose your treatment interest and the contact method you prefer. A first enquiry is a conversation, not a booking.

What happens after an enquiry?
  1. Clarify your goal and practical questions.
  2. Confirm the proposed clinician, place of care and what an assessment involves.
  3. Review the proposed plan and written costs before deciding.

This describes the planned enquiry process. Clinical decisions require the treating clinician’s assessment.
